Enrolments
Enrolment Process
Whether you are applying Day Care, Kindergarten, Primary or High School - our enrolment process follows the same standard flow. You will be contacted by our Enrolments Officer throughout the entire process. You can familiarise yourself with the process which is outlined below.

If you have any questions during your enrolment with us, please reach out here
1
Submit an Application
All of our applications are processed online through Compass. You will need some additional documents, including Birth Certificate. You can save and come back to your application at any time
2
Meet with the Coordinator
We welcome all applicants to attend a meeting with one of our coordinators - depending on what part of the school you are applying for. This helps us identify possible needs, and allows for us to choose the best class for your child
3
Teacher Meet & Greet
You will have an opportunity to meet the teacher of your child's intended class. This allows for your child to see the classroom space, and learn more about the dynamic of that class space.
4
Trial Day(s)
Your child can trial a normal school day in their intended classroom. This trial day helps to gauge your child's comfort in the space, ensuring they are in the correct learning environment
5
Offer of Enrolment
You will be notified via email as to the outcome of your application. If successful, you will receive a Offer of Enrolment to sign, along with other essential documents
6
Enrolment Acceptance
You will need to complete the Enrolment Acceptance and Authorisations form before your child can start. This includes payment of the placement fee, which will be emailed to you
7
Commencement
Your offer letter will detail your child's commencement date and process. This commencement will only occur if all documents and fees have been paid

Starting Times
We prioritise enrolling children from the age of three to ensure they receive the full benefit of our Montessori program.
However, if a place becomes available, we will consider enrolments for children of all ages—except for the final years of primary school (11/12 years old)—provided there is space in the appropriate classroom.
